Stampede Park is centrally located in the heart of downtown Calgary. We host live Thoroughbred and Standardbred racing seven months a year plus simulcast wagering from across North America and Hong Kong year round.

Admission

Stampede Park is pleased to provide FREE admission to the Grandstand and the Clubhouse for the Racing Season. The Grandstand is open for live racing Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holiday Mondays. During our simulcast season the Grandstand is open Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Clubhouse Reservations

During our live racing season reservations for the Clubhouse Dining Room can be made by calling 261-0120. Reservations are accepted starting each Monday morning at 8:30 a.m. for the following week. For major stake race days such as the Alberta Derby we do our utmost to accommodate all requests for reservations, however, preference is given to the owners and guests of horses participating in these races.

The Gift Horse

Check out what's new at the Gift Horse. Located on the main floor of the grandstand, the Gift Horse is a store specializing in unique items for the horse lover. The store will be open during live racing hours so you may browse for those one of a kind items at your convenience.

Stampede Park Raceline (403) 974-RACE (7223)

Stampede Park provides scratches and results for all live and North American simulcast wagering. Scratches for live racing are available racing days after 10:30 a.m. simulcast scratches vary according to their availability from the track of origin. Results are recorded on the raceline immediately following the running of each race. A touch tone telephone is required to access the raceline.

Race Replays

Previous days races may be viewed at your convenience at the Grandstand Information Centres. Our video files hold races for a period of thirty calendar days.

Simulcast Racing

Simulcast racing is available at our Off Track Betting locations seven days
a week year round and in the Grandstand Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
and holiday Mondays throughout the year.
